Admissions
Want to enroll your child at Kloof Junior Primary? The admission procedure is simple. Take a look at the requirements below:
STEP 1
All relevant forms can be collected from the school, or downloaded here.
Filling out an application form does not mean automatic acceptance. Places throughout the school are limited.
See list of documents attached that show what needs to be attached to the Application forms.
STEP 2
Complete the Application for Admission form and submit to the school – please note that it is important to complete the form thoroughly and attach ALL the relevant supporting documents.
Application forms must be delivered personally by the parent to the Admissions Secretary’s office.
STEP 3
Submitted application forms will be assessed by the Admissions Committee.
STEP 4
Parents will then be contacted by the school for an interview with the principal. The child attends too. On completion of this interview, the child may be accepted to the school. The parents would then be required to pay a stationery fee to secure the child’s placement in the school.
STEP 5
Parents and child are invited to an Orientation Day in the Term 4 where parents are informed as to what to expect having their child at Kloof Junior Primary. The child spends time with his/her new class and class teacher so that he/she knows where to find the classroom and starts the process of bonding with the new class mates and teacher.
